What is becoming clear is that retirees need a 'side hustle' to make ends meet. If you live in the UK and only have a State Pension (Social Security), you will have less income than is needed for as 'essentials only' retirement. If you don' have a private pension, it's time to get creative and earn a little extra cash on the side.
